Creative Pre Ballet Zoom

'The Little Mermaid and the Prince'. I am excited to bring this story to life with your children. Our first class is March 30th and will continue through June 10th 11 classes. The class you are registered for is Creative Ballet Tuesdays 3:30-4:15. I still have a few spots available if your children have friends that would like to join. Our end of session class demonstration, where we will perform our dances, will be during our last class on June 8th.
Below are a few reminders to help our class run smoothly and our weekly class link. Please save the link to use each week to log in.
I will send out a recording of each class for anyone who missed class or for those that would like to practice. This recording will be available for 1 week only. Please encourage your children to take the recorded class if they missed so they do not miss important class content.
A few wishes to help our classes run smoothly:
-Please do your best to log in on time.
-Parent/care-giver involvement is encouraged for our shy dancers. Siblings need to be registered to participate.
-Please rename your Zoom window to your child's name during class.
-Please encourage your children to raise their hands for questions and stay muted till called on during class.
-Please clear a space ideally 10 by 10 (but any space will do) so your child can dance freely and safely
-Please set up the camera so I can see their whole body to best offer corrections and encouragement.
-Please have your child wear the class dress code for each class and secure their hair in a ponytail or bun if applicable.
Please choose the option that best suits your child regardless of gender. Please do not mix and match but choose one option.
Option 1: Pink tights and a solid color leotard. Optional thin ballet skirt for Creative Ballet, Ballet 1+2 no skirts Leather soled pink ballet slippers.
Option 2: Black tights or leggings with a black or white shirt and black ballet slippers.
All Classes: Long hair secured back in a bun (preferred) or ponytail. For short hair use headband and clips. Please clip all bangs back to avoid any hair on the face. No jewelry besides pierced studs.
Wrap knit ballet sweaters are allowed to keep them warm if needed.
